About Our Practice
July 16, 2009 will mark the 25-year anniversary of Eye Care Oklahoma (ECO). On this day, Jay E. Leemaster, M.D. opened the doors of his office for the practice of ophthalmology in his first office on 4th Street in Moore. Since then, his practice of general ophthalmology has expanded and developed to include his newest facility at 2909 South Telephone Road and a satellite location in Pauls Valley, Oklahoma.
In the last twenty-three years, Dr. Leemaster has performed over 20,000 surgical procedures, including cataract, glaucoma, diabetic, strabismus and refractive surgery. His office has grown from two employees in 1984 to three doctors and fifteen employees in 2009.
